Return conditions

Product condition: The returned product must be unused and intact, with the original packaging and tags retained. Any product with obvious wear, scratches or damage will not be returned.
Evidence submission: Please keep the order confirmation and logistics tracking information you received as proof of return application.

Request a Return
If you would like to return an item you purchased, please follow these steps:

Get a Return Authorization: Once your request is confirmed, the Customer Service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return address.
Returns: Please return the item in its original packaging and include the Return Merchandise Authorization number on the packaging.

Refund Processing
